Profile

You can choose what information you share on your profile, such as your name, your job title, place of employment, company logo, phone numbers, emails, social media links, and notes. All of your information, except the email you login with, is then encrypted and sent to the database.

Posting Statuses

We collect the statuses that you write on our status page. Your statuses will be shared with your connections.

1.2 Service Use

We track when you log in to and out of our Service.

2. How Your Data is Used

2.1 Services

Connecting

When you let someone scan your QR Code, you will be giving them access to everything on your profile unless you choose to become a premium user. Premium users have the ability to choose which parts of their profile they would like to share via QR Code. Freemium users will need to remove information from their profile if they wish to no longer share the information. Both freemium and premium users have the ability to block a user if they no longer wish to share their profile updates.

2.2 Advertising

Info shared with Advertisers

We do not share your data with third-party advertisers.

2.3 Collective Data That Does Not Identify You

We use your data to create statistics about how our app is being used. This information does not identify you personally.

2.4 Security

We use your data to identify and prevent security issues.

3. How Your Data is Shared

3.1 Services

Your profile is only viewable to users who you let scan your QR Code. If you want to block someone, the user will no longer have access to your profile. You can choose to block someone from seeing only a part of your profile if you are a premium user. For example, as a premium user, you can block someone from seeing your personal cell phone but all other fields will still be available to them. For freemium users, you must block your entire profile from the user.

3.2 Third-Party Libraries

We use third-party libraries to develop our application. The third-party libraries do not have access to your data. We capture your data with our frontend code, we encrypt your data, then we use our backend code to send it to the cloud. The only part of your data that is not encrypted is your phone number and email that you use to sign up. Your name is encrypted too.

3.3 Legal Obligations

We have to give your information to proper authorities if it is required by law, subpoena, or other legal obligation. We also reserve the right to use your data to protect the FuseKee community and defend ourselves against any allegations.
